Refund & Return Policy

At OMNI Electric Bikes, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

⚠️ Electric bikes once used or ridden cannot be returned.
Only manufacturing defects are eligible under warranty.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used electric bikes

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

  • Accessories without their original packaging

  • Items purchased during special sales or offers

  • Customized or special-order items


3. Replacement Policy

If your product is eligible for return:

  • We will arrange a pickup from your location.

  • After inspection, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.

  • If the replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only in the following cases:

  • Product delivered damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product lost in transit

  • Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team

Refund Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).


5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Full refund will be issued.

After Shipping:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

  • You may refuse the delivery, but shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Do NOT use the product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

  • We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund.


7. Warranty Claims

For issues arising after the return period:

  • You may claim warranty service (motor, battery, controller, etc.).

  • Warranty terms vary by product model.
