At OMNI Electric Bikes, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
⚠️ Electric bikes once used or ridden cannot be returned.
Only manufacturing defects are eligible under warranty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used electric bikes

Products damaged due to improper handling

Accessories without their original packaging

Items purchased during special sales or offers

Customized or special-order items
3. Replacement Policy
If your product is eligible for return:

We will arrange a pickup from your location.

After inspection, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.

If the replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only in the following cases:

Product delivered damaged

Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After Shipping:

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

You may refuse the delivery, but shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
