  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment or COD confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation with tracking details.


2. Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or increased order volume.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all OMNI Electric Bikes.

  • Accessories or small items may include a minimal shipping fee (if applicable).


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes and specific products.

  • A small COD verification may be required before dispatch.

  • For bikes or high-value orders, partial advance may be required to confirm the order.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Live tracking link

You can track your shipment anytime until it reaches your doorstep.


6. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • DTDC

  • India Post (for remote locations)


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the package.

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos.

For lost packages, we will file a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver across India only.
